Cleaning a cluttered home is an overwhelming task for the client. We work with the client, one on one, for a one hour shift. Our coach will sit and sort through the items with you. We will then allocate the items accordingly (donation, consign, discard or pack away). This process works well with the client and sets them up for success. We will create a schedule that suits the client, 1x per month and includes our getting started kit!
Not all projects need to be cleared at once, we can work in smaller steps. Our team will clean out storage sheds, garages or one room at a time, depending on the service needs. The team size will vary in accordance to the needs of completion.
Hourly Rate or Flat Rate depending on the scope of the project.
Hoarded homes can be completed all at once from 2-7 days. Our team will empty the entire contents of a home, no matter the size of the hoard. We will identify items and sort into areas that are either save, donate or discard, after the family has picked through their items. This service would be best, if the client is not returning home or is deceased. Our experts are trained in identifying valuables and collectibles to save for the family if missed by mistake.
Typically a flat rate depending on the scope of the project.
We will be offering a new, On Line Coaching Package! This package will include: One (optional) home visit per month, Phone calls, emails, how to prepare, how to start and how to resolve this situation! We will exchange photos, conference calls and provide supplies and documents to put you and your family on the path to success!
